About Voltspan
Voltspan helps companies keep their data in their own hands and turn it into models of their own. We build from the power up: our own GPU clusters in US data centers, the sandboxes and inference agents run on, and the training behind them. We are growing across every layer of the stack.
About the role
Every new cluster is a project with dozens of moving parts: hardware, power, network, software and customers. You will run them from order to go-live.
What you'll do
- Run deployment plans across vendors, data centers and internal teams
- Track deliveries, dependencies and risks, and resolve them early
- Keep customers and leadership informed with short, accurate updates
- Improve the playbook with every site
What we're looking for
- Experience running technical infrastructure programs
- Calm under pressure, with strong follow-through
- Clear, short writing
Nice to have
- Data center or GPU cluster deployments
- Working with hardware OEMs and logistics partners
Projects you might work on
- Deploy a new 1,000-GPU site on schedule
- One dashboard for every deployment in flight
