About Voltspan
Voltspan helps companies keep their data in their own hands and turn it into models of their own. We build from the power up: our own GPU clusters in US data centers, the sandboxes and inference agents run on, and the training behind them. We are growing across every layer of the stack.
About the role
Sit with our customers and help their agents get models of their own. You will connect their agents to Voltspan, find the right first model to train, and see it through to production.
What you'll do
- Integrate customer agents with our gateway, sandboxes and training
- Scope which tasks are worth a trained model
- Run pilots and turn them into production deployments
- Bring what you learn back to the product team
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering and customer-facing experience
- You have built with LLMs and agents
- Clear communication with both engineers and executives
Nice to have
- Experience as a solutions or sales engineer at a cloud or AI company
- ML training experience
Projects you might work on
- Take a customer from first call to their own model in production
- A reference architecture other customers can copy
